TSN Radio on the Web
launches with first broadcast… Author Sharon Lindsay
(52 Weeks of Trivia) talks about improving cognitive
skills of elderly
St. Louis, MO—An innovative new outreach for America’s seniors and caregivers has
launched with the first interview for TSN Radio on
the Web. The initial show features Sharon Lindsay,
author of ’52 Weeks of Trivia’, the innovative
publication that utilizes memory sharpening
techniques to improve the cognitive skills of the
elderly.
The show appears as a feature of
www.TodaysSeniorsNetwork.com , a leading
informational web site for America’s seniors, with a
broad range of stories, features and information
about issues of importance to the country’s aging
population.
“Our emphasis upon empower America’s seniors, makes
it fitting that Ms. Lindsay would be our choice to
launch this outreach,” says Daniel Hines, founder
and publisher of
www.TodaysSeniorsNetwork.com. “She has
training, commitment and is herself a caregiver for
her aged mother.
“Her insights will prove valuable to caregivers
across the nation,” he concludes.
Hines says that the interview will remain on
www.TodaysSeniorsNetwork.com as a permanent part
of the site.
“That’s because we realize that caregivers and
others must have 24-7 access to this information,”
Hines explains. “This gives them the opportunity to
gain information and skills as situations demand.”
Hines said that other interviews are being set up
with political leaders and policy-makers, as well as
recognized authorities on seniors’ issues, and
representatives of seniors’ advocacy groups. He
said that those interviews too will be a permanent
part of the site. He also said that Ms. Lindsay
will be featured in regularly scheduled interviews
on the site.
“Our goal is to empower a broad audience of
Americans who are a part of our aging population,”
Hines explains. “Sharon’s commitment to
professionalism and her compassion for the elderly
and caregivers makes her knowledge a valuable
resource.”
Hines says that a many services, businesses and
products designed for our aging population have
expressed interest in being a part of the outreach
through sponsorships.
“An example of those who share our commitment to
America’s seniors is illustrated by the sponsorship
such as
www.SafeSourceRx.com, featured on this show,”
Hines says. “It’s the first truly global pharmacy
offering safe, affordable prescriptions to seniors,
but also to all U.S. citizens, wherever they live,
at savings of 40 to 80 percent.”
