by Harry Sparks and Mac Smith. The store sells Vintage and new
instruments, instructs students, and hosts events. It was
sold to Vernon McIntyre in 1984. Vernon, a legend in Bluegrass,
has performed with Dolly Parton, Marty Robbins, and many others.
In 2001, Vernon decided to open a second location just outside of

into the area. The auditorium inside the schoolhouse hosts a
variety of shows from Gospel, Bluegrass, & Country. Plans are
being made to build an outside pavilion to host outdoor concert during
the summer seasons. Additional plans for a museum for vintage
instruments are also in the works.
