USA :
Anti Aging medicine
needs qualified physicians
The
demand for medical care under the auspices of Anti Aging Medicine has
exceeded the number of credentialed physicians worldwide.
In 1996, the leading edge of the “baby boomer” generation hit 50 years
of age. In 2014, the back edge of the same group will be reaching 50.
Since 1996, the NIH has documented the growth in demand for alternative
and complementary medicine. In 1996, it was $47 Billion Dollars with
projections of $150 Billion dollars by 2007. This growth is being fueled
by the recognition of the improvement in Quality of Life issues with the
use of Hormonal replacement therapies, exercise, supplementation, and
nutrition.
The American Academy of Anti Aging Medicine has stewarded the training
and support of those physicians who saw the need for additional training
to become proficient in the art of Anti Aging Medicine. To date there
are less than 700 physicians worldwide, that have completed the didactic
training and testing to achieve the status of a Diplomat of the American
Board of Anti Aging Medicine.
The Millennium Health Centers, Inc, an educational corporation, provides
hands on training programs for Anti Aging Medicine in addition to a Turn
Key - Anti Aging Medical Practice System. The MHC works closely with the
American Academy of Anti Aging Medicine (A4M) to direct qualified
physicians to become members and Diplomats in the academy.
At the present time, there are limited openings for qualified physicians
to be trained in this expanding field of Anti Aging Medicine. If you
would like to consider moving from insurance dictated Illness Medicine
to the independent Wellness Community of Anti Aging Medicine, please
Email the Millennium Health Centers, Inc or their Practice Development
Division, The Millennium Health Group located in Encino California.
