‘must not miss’ as Stages St. Louis presents
Disney’s Alice in Wonderland
(St. Louis, MO) – Stages St. Louis will
present its 5th annual Theatre For Young
Audiences production of Disney’s Alice in
Wonderland (August 5-17).
STAGES Theatre for Young Audiences
production is designed to introduce young
children to live musical theatre.
Inspired by the classic Lewis Carroll novels
Alice in Wonderland and Through
the Looking Glass and based on the
beloved Walt Disney film, Disney’s Alice
in Wonderland features music and lyrics
by Sammy Fain and Bob Hilliard, Oliver
Wallace and Cy Coban, Allie Wrubel and Ray
Gilbert, Mack David, Al Hoffman and Jerry
Livingston.
Book adaptation and additional lyrics are by
David Simpatico and music was arranged and
adapted by Bryan Louiselle.
Appearing in the Stages cast are Alexis L.
Kinney as Alice, Laura Ernst as Mathilda,
Brian Ogilvie as the White Rabbit, Michael
Baxter as Tweedle Dee, Andrew Kruep as
Tweedle Dum, Taylor Louderman as Rose,
Taylor Pietz as Lily, Kim McClay as Violet,
Jacqueline Probst as Petunia, Monte J.
Howell as the Caterpillar, Edward Juvier as
the Mad Hatter, Katy Tibbets as the Queen of
Hearts and Shaun Sheley as the March Hare
and King of Hearts.
Direction and musical staging are by Ben
Nordstrom, with choreography by Ellen Isom,
musical direction by Lisa Campbell-Albert,
and orchestral design by Stuart M. Elmore.
Completing the artistic team are scenic
designer James Wolk, costume designer John
Inchiostro, and lighting designer Matthew
McCarthy.
Disney’s Alice in Wonderland
will run for two weeks, from August 5 - 16,
2009. Performances will be Wednesday through
Sunday at 11:00 am with a total running time
of 55 minutes. Tickets are $14 for children
under 12 and $16 for adults.

Robert G. Reim Theater at the Kirkwood Civic

Dolls (September 4 –October 4).
